About VJ Cuisine
VJ Cuisine is a Miami-based private chef and meal plan service led by a Haitian-Lebanese chef, offering weekly meal plans, boutique catering, private dinners, and culinary gifting. Every dish is prepared fresh in small batches, never frozen, and delivered across Miami and the surrounding South Florida area.
The Challenge
A boutique, chef-led food business depends on customers understanding what it offers and trusting the person behind it, a specific set of problems worth solving deliberately in a website redesign:
A site offering several distinct services – meal plans, catering, private dinners, gifting – needs to guide a first-time visitor clearly, without leaving them unsure where to start
A boutique, personal brand built on a chef’s story and hands-on approach needs to come through clearly online, not get flattened into a generic template
The design needs to reflect the same quality and care as the food itself, building trust before a visitor ever book an order

What We Did
✓
Rebuilt the site
Across Home, About, Meal Plans, Catering, Private Dinners, Gifting, Gallery, Blog, and Contact
✓
Organized pages around customer intent
Dedicated pages for each core service, so a visitor never has to guess where to find what they’re looking for
✓
Kept the personal brand central
VJ Cuisine’s story, heritage, and hands-on approach front and center throughout the site, not relegated to a single “About” page
✓
Designed for clarity and trust
A visual style that reflects the quality and care of a boutique, small-batch food business, not a generic delivery service
VJ Cuisine offers weekly meal plans, boutique catering, private dinners, and culinary gifting. Syndell built dedicated pages for each service so a first-time visitor never has to guess where to find what they are looking for.
VJ Cuisine is a boutique, chef-led food business built on a personal story and a hands-on approach. The redesign needed to keep that personal brand central and build trust before a visitor ever placed an order, instead of getting flattened into a generic template.
The rebuilt site includes Home, About, Meal Plans, Catering, Private Dinners, Gifting, Gallery, Blog, and Contact pages, each organized around what a visitor is actually looking for.
Syndell kept VJ Cuisine’s story, heritage, and hands-on approach visible throughout the site rather than limiting it to a single About page, so the chef’s personal brand comes through on every page, not just one.

Let Your Story Sell for You
Tell us about your business and we’ll show you how a personal, story-first website could turn more visitors into customers.
Quality Property Inspector does the hard part well – home, apartment, and insurance inspections led by a Certified Inspector with 20+ years of construction experience in Miami. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: buyers, sellers, and agents each need different information fast, and the old site never separated those paths.
Ardent Adjusting does the hard part well – representing Florida property owners on fire, storm, pipe, and hurricane claims to maximize insurance settlements. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: property owners in crisis couldn’t quickly recognize themselves in it or know exactly how to start a claim right away.
GuardPro does the hard part well – emergency water, fire, storm, and mold response across six South Florida counties, backed by IICRC certification and 25 years of experience. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: homeowners in crisis couldn’t quickly recognize themselves in it or reach a real person fast enough.
2PI Mind Math does the hard part well – a proprietary teaching method covering Grade 1 through AP level, in-person and online, in McKinney, Texas. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: programs spanning that many grade levels and district alignments, with no fast way for parents to find the right one.
GenNext Learning does the hard part well – Math, Reading, STEM, and test prep across two Texas locations, with a hybrid model families trust. The brand wasn’t carrying its weight: an existing logo but no full system, leaving flyers, signage, and social media inconsistent right when parents are evaluating credibility.
Ultrastiff manufactures the hard part well – 15+ textures, real metal finishes, decorative panels for cladding, ceilings, and architectural facades. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: too many combinations to browse as static photos, and no way to serve architects and general buyers with genuinely different needs on the same pages.
Meltix’s product does the hard part well – recipe optimization, real-time chemistry control, scheduling, plant-wide analytics for foundries and metal manufacturers. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: not built mobile-first, slow to load, and structured around a single feature from an earlier version of the product rather than the full platform it had become.
DHE Parts sells auto and equipment parts sourced from four separate suppliers, each with its own data format and update schedule. The catalog wasn’t carrying its weight: no unified product structure, no fast cross-source filtering, and shipping rates that had to be checked manually instead of shown live at checkout.
