About 2PI Mind Math
2PI Mind Math is a founder-led math tutoring center in McKinney, Texas, serving students from Grade 1 through AP level, both in-person and online. The center offers programs aligned to specific school districts, competition coaching, and STAAR/EOC/Credit-By-Exam prep built into every program, using a proprietary teaching method the center calls the AAA Formula – Approach, Analyze, Answer.
The Challenge
A math tutoring center’s website has to do more than list grade levels – it has to convince a parent, in a few minutes, that this specific center will actually help their child. A few distinct problems needed solving: :
With programs spanning Kindergarten through AP level, competition coaching, and multiple ISD alignments, the site needed to help a parent quickly find the exact program relevant to their child, not browse a generic list of services
The center’s teaching method (the AAA Formula) is a genuine differentiator, but only if a visitor actually understands what it means and why it’s different from typical tutoring
Parents evaluating a tutoring center are also comparing real outcomes – the site needed to present results and achievements credibly, not just make general claims

Clear in-person and online coverage areas (McKinney, Frisco, Allen, Plano, Prosper, Celina, and more, plus nationwide online), supporting both visitor clarity and local search relevance

Got a Tutoring Center Parents Should Be Choosing First?
New site or an existing one that’s underselling you, tell us about it and we’ll respond quickly.
Quality Property Inspector does the hard part well – home, apartment, and insurance inspections led by a Certified Inspector with 20+ years of construction experience in Miami. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: buyers, sellers, and agents each need different information fast, and the old site never separated those paths.
Ardent Adjusting does the hard part well – representing Florida property owners on fire, storm, pipe, and hurricane claims to maximize insurance settlements. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: property owners in crisis couldn’t quickly recognize themselves in it or know exactly how to start a claim right away.
GuardPro does the hard part well – emergency water, fire, storm, and mold response across six South Florida counties, backed by IICRC certification and 25 years of experience. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: homeowners in crisis couldn’t quickly recognize themselves in it or reach a real person fast enough.
GenNext Learning does the hard part well – Math, Reading, STEM, and test prep across two Texas locations, with a hybrid model families trust. The brand wasn’t carrying its weight: an existing logo but no full system, leaving flyers, signage, and social media inconsistent right when parents are evaluating credibility.
VJ Cuisine’s chef does the hard part well – fresh, small-batch meal plans, boutique catering, private dinners, culinary gifting, built on a personal story and hands-on craft. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: several distinct services with no clear starting point, leaving first-time visitors unsure where to begin or who was behind it.
Ultrastiff manufactures the hard part well – 15+ textures, real metal finishes, decorative panels for cladding, ceilings, and architectural facades. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: too many combinations to browse as static photos, and no way to serve architects and general buyers with genuinely different needs on the same pages.
Meltix’s product does the hard part well – recipe optimization, real-time chemistry control, scheduling, plant-wide analytics for foundries and metal manufacturers. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: not built mobile-first, slow to load, and structured around a single feature from an earlier version of the product rather than the full platform it had become.
DHE Parts sells auto and equipment parts sourced from four separate suppliers, each with its own data format and update schedule. The catalog wasn’t carrying its weight: no unified product structure, no fast cross-source filtering, and shipping rates that had to be checked manually instead of shown live at checkout.
