About Corporate Crayon
Corporate Crayon is a creative communication agency helping organisations communicate with clarity, consistency, and purpose. Working across corporate, government, and not-for-profit sectors, the agency partners with organisations to engage employees, customers, and stakeholders through communication that is both strategic and creative, combining research, insight, strategy, and creative execution.
The Challenge
A consultancy with eight distinct service lines and a decade of client relationships needed a site that could organize all of it without overwhelming a first-time visitor:
Eight service lines, from internal communications to employee value proposition consulting, needed clear, separate pages without fragmenting the site
Client trust needed to come through fast, given the roster of recognizable brand names the agency has worked with
The site needed to convert visits into booked discovery calls rather than just brochure browsing
FINAL OUTCOME
Website
Results & Impact
The site gives Corporate Crayon one place to showcase eight service lines, its client roster, and its thought leadership, with a clear path from any page to a booked discovery call.

What We Did
✓
Service-Specific Pages
Eight services needed distinct explanations, so each got a dedicated page under a single ‘What We Do’ navigation group, from Internal Communications to Employee Value Proposition consulting, instead of being compressed onto one page.
✓
Client Trust Carousel
A client logo carousel and named testimonials from senior leaders were placed early on the page to establish credibility before asking for a conversation.
✓
Calendly-Integrated Booking
A Calendly-based ‘Book a Call’ link was placed in the primary navigation and repeated after every major section, rather than routing everyone through a single static contact form.
✓
Our Thinking Section
A dedicated ‘Our Thinking’ section holds articles and guides, keeping the service pages focused on what the agency does rather than mixing in blog content.
✓
Structured FAQ Content
FAQ answers covering consultancy services, EVP, and pricing were structured to support both visitors and search engines.
✓
Lead Magnet Capture
An eBook download form gives visitors who aren’t ready to book a call yet a lower-commitment way to engage.
Each service line, from internal communications to employee value proposition consulting, has its own dedicated page under a single ‘What We Do’ navigation group, keeping them organized without fragmenting the site.
A client logo carousel and named testimonials from senior HR and communications leaders sit near the top of the page, establishing credibility before any call to action.

The Blue Tree Clinic
Healthcare / Private Psychiatry
The Blue Tree Clinic offers consultant-led private psychiatry, psychology, and therapy across six UK cities and online. Its website had to organize locations, conditions, and treatments, and let an anxious first-time visitor reach a booking quickly.
NTY Franchise Company franchises two resale brands, Clothes Mentor and Children’s Orchard. Its website had to present both brands distinctly, build credibility with prospective owners, and make requesting a franchise report easy.

Rossano Law
Legal Services / Personal Injury Law
Rossano Law has represented Florida accident victims since 1984, with no fee unless the firm wins. The website needed to organize a long list of practice areas, show real case results, and make a free consultation the clear next step for someone in crisis.

Sopify.AI
AI Product / SaaS
Sopify.AI does the hard part well – combining thoughtful manual process with AI to produce genuinely better results for customers. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: visitors could leave without understanding what made the product valuable, with no blog system or support tool to bring them back later.

Quality Property Inspector does the hard part well – home, apartment, and insurance inspections led by a Certified Inspector with 20+ years of construction experience in Miami. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: buyers, sellers, and agents each need different information fast, and the old site never separated those paths.
Ardent Adjusting does the hard part well – representing Florida property owners on fire, storm, pipe, and hurricane claims to maximize insurance settlements. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: property owners in crisis couldn’t quickly recognize themselves in it or know exactly how to start a claim right away.
GuardPro does the hard part well – emergency water, fire, storm, and mold response across six South Florida counties, backed by IICRC certification and 25 years of experience. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: homeowners in crisis couldn’t quickly recognize themselves in it or reach a real person fast enough.
2PI Mind Math does the hard part well – a proprietary teaching method covering Grade 1 through AP level, in-person and online, in McKinney, Texas. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: programs spanning that many grade levels and district alignments, with no fast way for parents to find the right one.
GenNext Learning does the hard part well – Math, Reading, STEM, and test prep across two Texas locations, with a hybrid model families trust. The brand wasn’t carrying its weight: an existing logo but no full system, leaving flyers, signage, and social media inconsistent right when parents are evaluating credibility.
VJ Cuisine’s chef does the hard part well – fresh, small-batch meal plans, boutique catering, private dinners, culinary gifting, built on a personal story and hands-on craft. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: several distinct services with no clear starting point, leaving first-time visitors unsure where to begin or who was behind it.
Ultrastiff manufactures the hard part well – 15+ textures, real metal finishes, decorative panels for cladding, ceilings, and architectural facades. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: too many combinations to browse as static photos, and no way to serve architects and general buyers with genuinely different needs on the same pages.
Meltix’s product does the hard part well – recipe optimization, real-time chemistry control, scheduling, plant-wide analytics for foundries and metal manufacturers. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: not built mobile-first, slow to load, and structured around a single feature from an earlier version of the product rather than the full platform it had become.
DHE Parts sells auto and equipment parts sourced from four separate suppliers, each with its own data format and update schedule. The catalog wasn’t carrying its weight: no unified product structure, no fast cross-source filtering, and shipping rates that had to be checked manually instead of shown live at checkout.

Heft Lifts supplies forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and custom lifting solutions to manufacturers, builders, and logistics teams. Its large equipment range needed clear navigation, faster pages, and stronger visibility for competitive service searches.
Solid Surface supplies and installs custom solid surface countertops, wall cladding, and furniture for homes and businesses. A broad catalog needed to stay fast and easy to browse while the site still looked as sophisticated as the product.

Lovell Hair Extensions sells premium hair extensions in a crowded online market. The store needed to handle a large catalog, keep checkout simple, and work as well on a phone as on a desktop.
