About Meltix
Meltix is a software platform built for melt shops and foundries, using AI-driven recipe optimization, real-time chemistry control, and ERP/IoT integration to help metal manufacturers reduce material costs, cut energy waste, and improve pour consistency. It’s used by steel, aluminum, and other metal foundries, with clients including Maxop Engineering, MM Casting, and Kirloskar Brothers Limited.
The Challenge
Meltix’s product is genuinely sophisticated – AI-driven optimization, real-time chemistry control, deep ERP/IoT integration – built for an industrial buyer who needs to trust a platform with core operational decisions. But a few things stood in the way of the brand reflecting that:
No cohesive visual identity existed to signal credibility to an industrial, technically sophisticated buyer evaluating a serious operational tool
Without brand guidelines, consistency across sales materials, the website, and other touchpoints was difficult to maintain
The website needed to communicate a genuinely complex product – real-time chemistry data, algorithmic recipe optimization – clearly enough for a non-technical decision-maker to understand quickly
Sales conversations needed supporting materials (a brochure) that matched the credibility of the product itself, not generic collateral
Our Approach
01
Start With What the Buyer Needs to Trust
An industrial buyer evaluating software that touches core operations needs to trust it quickly. We designed the identity around signals of precision and reliability — not decoration — since that’s what actually earns confidence with this audience.
02
Build the System, Not Just the Logo
A logo alone doesn’t create consistency. We developed a full set of brand guidelines — covering color, typography, and usage rules — so every future touchpoint stays consistent without needing a designer involved every time.
03
Design Sales Materials That Match the Product's Credibility
A brochure is often a prospect’s first tangible touchpoint with a company. We designed it to reflect the same precision and technical credibility as the platform itself, not as generic marketing collateral.
04
Make a Complex Product Understandable at a Glance
Meltix’s core value – AI-driven recipe optimization, real-time chemistry corrections – is genuinely technical. We redesigned the website to explain that value clearly and quickly, so a buyer understands the impact before getting lost in the mechanics.

Syndell designed a new logo, a full set of brand guidelines covering color, typography, and usage rules, a brochure for sales conversations, and a complete website redesign, giving Meltix a cohesive visual identity across every touchpoint.
Meltix sells AI-driven software that touches core operational decisions for foundries and melt shops. Without a cohesive visual identity or documented brand guidelines, it was hard for an industrial, technically sophisticated buyer to trust the platform at a glance, and consistency across sales materials and the website was difficult to maintain.
Meltix’s core value, AI-driven recipe optimization and real-time chemistry corrections, is genuinely technical. Syndell redesigned the website, including a dedicated features page, so a non-technical buyer could understand the platform’s impact quickly instead of getting lost in the mechanics.

Sopify.AI
AI Product / SaaS
Sopify.AI does the hard part well – combining thoughtful manual process with AI to produce genuinely better results for customers. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: visitors could leave without understanding what made the product valuable, with no blog system or support tool to bring them back later.

Quality Property Inspector does the hard part well – home, apartment, and insurance inspections led by a Certified Inspector with 20+ years of construction experience in Miami. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: buyers, sellers, and agents each need different information fast, and the old site never separated those paths.
Ardent Adjusting does the hard part well – representing Florida property owners on fire, storm, pipe, and hurricane claims to maximize insurance settlements. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: property owners in crisis couldn’t quickly recognize themselves in it or know exactly how to start a claim right away.
GuardPro does the hard part well – emergency water, fire, storm, and mold response across six South Florida counties, backed by IICRC certification and 25 years of experience. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: homeowners in crisis couldn’t quickly recognize themselves in it or reach a real person fast enough.
2PI Mind Math does the hard part well – a proprietary teaching method covering Grade 1 through AP level, in-person and online, in McKinney, Texas. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: programs spanning that many grade levels and district alignments, with no fast way for parents to find the right one.
GenNext Learning does the hard part well – Math, Reading, STEM, and test prep across two Texas locations, with a hybrid model families trust. The brand wasn’t carrying its weight: an existing logo but no full system, leaving flyers, signage, and social media inconsistent right when parents are evaluating credibility.
VJ Cuisine’s chef does the hard part well – fresh, small-batch meal plans, boutique catering, private dinners, culinary gifting, built on a personal story and hands-on craft. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: several distinct services with no clear starting point, leaving first-time visitors unsure where to begin or who was behind it.
Ultrastiff manufactures the hard part well – 15+ textures, real metal finishes, decorative panels for cladding, ceilings, and architectural facades. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: too many combinations to browse as static photos, and no way to serve architects and general buyers with genuinely different needs on the same pages.
DHE Parts sells auto and equipment parts sourced from four separate suppliers, each with its own data format and update schedule. The catalog wasn’t carrying its weight: no unified product structure, no fast cross-source filtering, and shipping rates that had to be checked manually instead of shown live at checkout.
