About GenNext
GenNext Learning is a K-12 tutoring and test prep company based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, with locations in McKinney and Plano, Texas. It offers programs in Math, Reading, Writing, STEM (Robotics and Coding), test prep (STAAR, PSAT/SAT, ACT), and academic and career counseling, using a hybrid model with both in-person and remote tutoring options.
The Challenge
GenNext Learning came to Syndell with an existing logo but needed a full brand system built around it, spanning far more touchpoints than a typical rebrand:
The brand needed to appear consistently across a wide range of formats – flyers, business cards, posters, billboards, letterhead, postcards, a website, and social media, each with very different physical constraints and viewing contexts
As an education business, GenNext needed to project credibility and trust quickly, since parents evaluating a tutoring company are vetting who will be teaching their children
Print collateral, the website, and the initial social media presence all needed to launch feeling like one coherent brand, not disconnected pieces rolled out separately
FINAL OUTCOME
Branding & Creative Collateral
Website
Results & Impact
GenNext Learning launched with a single, consistent brand system spanning print, outdoor, digital, and social – from a business card and letterhead to billboards and a full website – rather than a patchwork of materials designed independently over time.

What We Did
✓
Brand Guidelines
A documented system covering color, typography, and usage rules, built entirely around the client’s existing logo so every decision that followed had a fixed, consistent foundation to work from
✓
Print Collateral
Flyers, business cards, posters, letterhead, and postcards, each designed to project the credibility and trust a parent looks for before choosing a tutoring company
✓
Billboard Design
Outdoor advertising designed to stay legible and recognizable at a glance from a moving car, treated as the least forgiving format and used to anchor the rest of the system
✓
Website Design & Development
A full site covering GenNext’s programs, locations, and enrollment path, built to match the same brand system established in the print materials
✓
Initial Instagram Content
Early social media posts establishing GenNext’s visual presence and voice from launch, so the digital rollout matched the print system from day one
Syndell built brand guidelines, print collateral including flyers, business cards, posters, letterhead, and postcards, billboard design, a full website, and initial Instagram content, all built around GenNext’s existing logo.
GenNext needed to appear consistently across a wide range of formats, from flyers and business cards to billboards and social media, each with different physical constraints. A brand system built around the existing logo gave every future piece a fixed, consistent foundation to follow.
Syndell treated the billboard as the least forgiving format in the system and designed it to stay legible and recognizable at a glance from a moving car, then used it to anchor the rest of the brand materials.
GenNext Learning offers Math, Reading, Writing, STEM including Robotics and Coding, test prep for STAAR, PSAT/SAT, and ACT, and academic and career counseling, using a hybrid model with both in-person and remote tutoring.

Sopify.AI
AI Product / SaaS
Sopify.AI does the hard part well – combining thoughtful manual process with AI to produce genuinely better results for customers. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: visitors could leave without understanding what made the product valuable, with no blog system or support tool to bring them back later.

Quality Property Inspector does the hard part well – home, apartment, and insurance inspections led by a Certified Inspector with 20+ years of construction experience in Miami. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: buyers, sellers, and agents each need different information fast, and the old site never separated those paths.
Ardent Adjusting does the hard part well – representing Florida property owners on fire, storm, pipe, and hurricane claims to maximize insurance settlements. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: property owners in crisis couldn’t quickly recognize themselves in it or know exactly how to start a claim right away.
GuardPro does the hard part well – emergency water, fire, storm, and mold response across six South Florida counties, backed by IICRC certification and 25 years of experience. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: homeowners in crisis couldn’t quickly recognize themselves in it or reach a real person fast enough.
2PI Mind Math does the hard part well – a proprietary teaching method covering Grade 1 through AP level, in-person and online, in McKinney, Texas. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: programs spanning that many grade levels and district alignments, with no fast way for parents to find the right one.
VJ Cuisine’s chef does the hard part well – fresh, small-batch meal plans, boutique catering, private dinners, culinary gifting, built on a personal story and hands-on craft. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: several distinct services with no clear starting point, leaving first-time visitors unsure where to begin or who was behind it.
Ultrastiff manufactures the hard part well – 15+ textures, real metal finishes, decorative panels for cladding, ceilings, and architectural facades. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: too many combinations to browse as static photos, and no way to serve architects and general buyers with genuinely different needs on the same pages.
Meltix’s product does the hard part well – recipe optimization, real-time chemistry control, scheduling, plant-wide analytics for foundries and metal manufacturers. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: not built mobile-first, slow to load, and structured around a single feature from an earlier version of the product rather than the full platform it had become.
DHE Parts sells auto and equipment parts sourced from four separate suppliers, each with its own data format and update schedule. The catalog wasn’t carrying its weight: no unified product structure, no fast cross-source filtering, and shipping rates that had to be checked manually instead of shown live at checkout.
