About Trucker's Finder
Trucker’s Finder is a data platform built for the fleet and trucking industry, collecting driver and fleet information scattered across public online sources and organizing it into a single, searchable system. The platform also identifies and surfaces potential sales leads from the data it collects.
The Challenge
Fleet and driver information exists across a large number of online sources, but it’s unstructured, scattered, and often outdated. A few specific problems needed solving:
Collecting and organizing fleet and driver data manually took significant time and effort
There was no easy way to search, filter, or manage records once they’d been gathered
Duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate records made the data unreliable to act on
The business needed to identify potential sales leads from the data itself, not just store it for reference
Our Approach
01
Start With the Data Landscape
Available public data sources were researched first, identifying which data points, driver details, fleet information, contact details, business attributes, actually mattered before any collection system was designed.
02
Treat Data Quality as a First-Class Problem
Validation and cleaning requirements were defined specifically to catch duplicate, incomplete, and inaccurate records, since a scraping system without a cleaning process just moves the mess somewhere else.
03
Evaluate Multiple Scraping Approaches Before Committing to One
Different collection methods were studied for efficiency and consistency, since a fragile, one-off approach would break the moment a source changed its structure.
04
Design Storage Around How the Data Would Actually Be Used
Storing, filtering, and searching were planned as one structure from the start, rather than bolting search functionality onto a database designed only to hold records.
05
Treat Lead Generation as a Data Categorization Problem
Rather than building a separate sales tool, the research focused on how the collected data itself could be categorized to surface sales-relevant records on its own.

Results & Impact
Trucker’s Finder replaced a manual, scattered data-collection process with a centralized platform that’s easier to search, filter, and act on. Fleet and driver records are organized consistently, potential sales leads are easier to identify directly from the data, and the underlying system is built as a scalable, ongoing foundation for continuing to collect and maintain fleet-related data rather than a one-time cleanup.

Fleet and truck driver information exists across many online sources, but it’s unstructured, scattered, and often outdated. Trucker’s Finder collects that information and organizes it into one structured, searchable system.
Data validation and cleaning requirements were built in specifically to catch duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate records, so the platform’s value isn’t undermined by messy source data.
Automated. The platform uses data scraping to collect relevant fleet and driver information from available public sources, replacing manual collection.
Yes, Syndell builds data collection and organization platforms that turn scattered public information into a structured, searchable system with built-in lead identification.
Sitting on Scattered Data Instead of a Real Pipeline?
Public information is only useful once it’s structured and searchable. Walk us through your data sources and we’ll point out where a real pipeline would help most.
This clothing manufacturer does the hard part well – producing men’s apparel out of Ahmedabad, India, at real production scale. The existing system wasn’t carrying its weight: the Laravel and Angular codebase needed optimization, and inventory and sales features needed rebuilding for a more secure, user-centric experience.

Highgrove is a UK premium bedding brand that ran sales and orders on a desktop ERP. Manual order handling, inconsistent pricing, and weak access control called for a secure web app connected to its existing Sage system.

Praiki connects verified clients with verified professionals across Africa. Hiring there ran through social media and referrals, so trust, scope, payment, and reputation all depended on chance.
This scheduling platform brings physicians, facilities, and medical vendors into one place, with availability, OR rooms, and vendor requests all visible together. The old way wasn’t holding up: three groups working from separate calendars needed a single connected system that syncs with Google and Outlook and pulls patient data from major EHRs, deployed on AWS with DynamoDB.

HWA does the hard part well – connecting clients with verified holistic practitioners across yoga, nutrition therapy, hypnotherapy, and chiropractic care. The old process wasn’t carrying its weight: practitioners and clients coordinated sessions through separate tools and manual communication, with no shared system for bookings, packages, or payments.

Clutch Up does the hard part well – bringing the fantasy sports format users already understand into competitive esports tournaments. The platform wasn’t carrying its weight yet: tournament and player data needed to stay accurate in real time, and esports rosters change mid-event in ways traditional fantasy models don’t handle.

Book Your Notary
Legal / Notary Services
Book Your Notary does the hard part well – connecting customers with a bilingual notary team for documents that need remote notarization. The old process wasn’t carrying its weight: arranging in-person appointments turned a simple requirement into a recurring hassle, without cutting the corners that make notarization valid.

A Brief Mate
LegalTech / Legal Operations
BriefMate does the hard part well – automatically renaming legal documents and assembling court-ready briefs for Australian law firms. The old process wasn’t carrying its weight: paralegals spent days downloading, converting, ordering, and indexing files by hand, with inconsistent naming that made documents hard to find later.
DHE Parts does the hard part well – distributing roughly 200,000 SKUs of heavy-equipment components to fleet operators and dealer networks. The ERP wasn’t carrying its weight: quote-to-order handoff lost information constantly, and vendor price updates were a two-week manual project run by hand across dozens of sheets.
Tyreoo is a UK transportation business overseeing goods transportation and fleet operations for a diverse client base, from businesses with a single vehicle to those managing entire fleets. The platform now in place brings real-time analytics, centralized tracking, and consolidated tools into one place, replacing the fragmented view fleet managers had before.
