About HWA
Holistic Wellcare Advisers (HWA) is a wellness marketplace connecting clients with verified holistic practitioners across services like yoga, nutrition therapy, hypnotherapy, life coaching, naturopathy, and chiropractic care. The platform supports at-home, virtual, and in-person sessions, giving practitioners a transparent way to grow their practice and clients a straightforward way to find the right person and book a session.
The Challenge
Managing healthcare and wellness sessions between practitioners and clients breaks down quickly when everything runs through separate tools and manual communication. A few specific problems needed solving:
Practitioners needed one place to manage availability across three very different session types, at-home, virtual, and in-person, without creating scheduling conflicts
Clients needed a simple way to find the right practitioner, purchase a package, and book a session without coordinating manually with the practitioner
Virtual sessions added another layer of complexity, since a meeting needed to be created and scheduled correctly alongside the booking itself
The platform needed to connect with the calendar and video tools people already relied on, rather than asking practitioners and clients to manage everything in a second system
Our Approach
01
Map Both Sides of the Journey Before Building Either -
Before writing any booking logic, the practitioner side (availability, packages, session tracking) and the client side (discovery, purchase, booking) were mapped independently, so each flow could be designed around how that side actually works, not forced into one generic flow.
02
Treat Session Type as a Structural Decision, Not a Detail -
At-home, virtual, and in-person sessions each affect availability and booking differently, so session type was built into the scheduling logic itself rather than handled as an afterthought.
03
Connect to the Tools Users Already Rely On -
Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar, and Zoom integrations were built in from the start, so sessions sync into existing schedules and virtual meetings get created automatically as part of booking, instead of asking users to manage a second system.
04
Give Practitioners One Place for the Business Side -
Session notes, file uploads, payment tracking, and earnings were built into the practitioner dashboard alongside scheduling, so running the business side of a practice doesn’t require a separate set of tools.
05
Add AI as a Support Layer, Not a Replacement for the Core Flow -
An AI chat assistant was introduced for both practitioners and clients as an additional way to interact with the platform, without disrupting the booking and management flows already in place.

Results & Impact
HWA now has a single platform that brings practitioner management, client bookings, packages, payments, scheduling, and virtual sessions into one connected experience. Practitioners manage their availability, services, clients, session records, and earnings from one dashboard, while clients purchase packages and book sessions without relying on back-and-forth communication. Calendar and Zoom integrations remove the need to manage appointments across separate systems, and the AI assistant adds another layer of support for both sides.

Before the platform, practitioners and clients coordinated wellness sessions through separate tools and manual communication. HWA needed one place where practitioners could manage availability and packages, and clients could find the right practitioner, purchase a package, and book a session without back-and-forth.
Session type, at-home, virtual, or in-person, is built into the booking and availability logic itself, so each mode is reflected correctly in a practitioner’s schedule rather than handled as a generic add-on.
The platform integrates with Zoom, so a meeting is created and scheduled automatically as part of the booking process, rather than requiring a practitioner to set one up separately after a client books.
Yes. Google Calendar and Microsoft Calendar integrations keep sessions synced into each user’s existing schedule, so nobody has to check a second system to know what’s booked.
Practitioners can set availability, create packages, manage bookings and sessions, add session notes, upload files, and track package payments and earnings, all from one dashboard.
Clients can browse practitioner packages, purchase the one that fits their needs, book sessions based on real availability, and manage upcoming and completed sessions from their own dashboard.
Yes. Both practitioners and clients have access to an AI chat assistant built into the platform, giving them an additional way to interact with it beyond standard navigation.
Yes. If your business connects two sides of a service, practitioners and clients, providers and patients, or coaches and members, Syndell can build a platform that brings scheduling, payments, and communication into one place instead of several disconnected tools.
Is Your Team Juggling Five Tools That Should Really Be One?
If scheduling, payments, and communication all live in different places, let’s talk about bringing them together.
This platform lets people tap an NFC card on a smartphone to instantly share contact details, social profiles, and custom links. Adoption of a new technology, cards that stay easy to scan, and the safety of shared contact data all had to be solved in one simple builder.

Tyreoo oversees goods transportation and fleet operations for clients ranging from a single vehicle to an entire fleet. Managers needed live visibility, faster responses to maintenance and driver issues, and reports they could act on, all in one platform.

This clothing manufacturer does the hard part well – producing men’s apparel out of Ahmedabad, India, at real production scale. The existing system wasn’t carrying its weight: the Laravel and Angular codebase needed optimization, and inventory and sales features needed rebuilding for a more secure, user-centric experience.

Highgrove is a UK premium bedding brand that ran sales and orders on a desktop ERP. Manual order handling, inconsistent pricing, and weak access control called for a secure web app connected to its existing Sage system.

Praiki connects verified clients with verified professionals across Africa. Hiring there ran through social media and referrals, so trust, scope, payment, and reputation all depended on chance.
This data platform turns scattered fleet and driver information into something a sales team can actually use. Collecting it by hand wasn’t sustainable: public sources are unstructured and often outdated, so the work needed a single system that scrapes, cleans, and organizes records, then makes them easy to search, filter, and turn into leads.

This scheduling platform brings physicians, facilities, and medical vendors into one place, with availability, OR rooms, and vendor requests all visible together. The old way wasn’t holding up: three groups working from separate calendars needed a single connected system that syncs with Google and Outlook and pulls patient data from major EHRs, deployed on AWS with DynamoDB.

Clutch Up does the hard part well – bringing the fantasy sports format users already understand into competitive esports tournaments. The platform wasn’t carrying its weight yet: tournament and player data needed to stay accurate in real time, and esports rosters change mid-event in ways traditional fantasy models don’t handle.

Book Your Notary
Legal / Notary Services
Book Your Notary does the hard part well – connecting customers with a bilingual notary team for documents that need remote notarization. The old process wasn’t carrying its weight: arranging in-person appointments turned a simple requirement into a recurring hassle, without cutting the corners that make notarization valid.

LegalTech / Legal Operations
BriefMate does the hard part well – automatically renaming legal documents and assembling court-ready briefs for Australian law firms. The old process wasn’t carrying its weight: paralegals spent days downloading, converting, ordering, and indexing files by hand, with inconsistent naming that made documents hard to find later.
DHE Parts does the hard part well – distributing roughly 200,000 SKUs of heavy-equipment components to fleet operators and dealer networks. The ERP wasn’t carrying its weight: quote-to-order handoff lost information constantly, and vendor price updates were a two-week manual project run by hand across dozens of sheets.
