About Highgrove
Highgrove is a leading UK premium bedding brand selling directly to customers online. Its sales and order operations ran on a desktop-based ERP system, which limited access control and left order handling largely manual. The enterprise web app now in place integrates with Highgrove’s existing Sage ERP, giving the business secure access, accurate customer-specific pricing, and a centralized way to track orders.
The Challenge
Highgrove’s desktop-based ERP had grown hard to manage. It gave little control over who could see what, and the day-to-day order process leaned on manual steps. A few specific issues compounded daily:
The desktop ERP lacked proper user control and exposed sensitive sales details
Manual order preparation created communication gaps and inconsistent information sharing
Errors in product and manufacturing codes caused discrepancies in customer-specific pricing, and issues with the Sage software affected pricing accuracy
There was little visibility into manufacturing processes, which led to errors and inefficiencies
Manual intervention slowed order processing, and the setup offered limited scalability with the risk of rising costs
Our Approach
01
Build Around Sage
The brand already ran on Sage, so the goal was a smooth transition. Integrating with the existing ERP keeps the data and processes the business relies on intact.
02
Fix Pricing at the Source
Pricing errors traced back to product and manufacturing codes and to Sage software issues, so pricing is driven by customer attributes and no longer depends on manual code handling.
03
Treat Access Control as a Core Requirement
The old system exposed sensitive sales details, so security was planned from the start and not added after the interface was built.
04
Choose a Stack That Grows With the Business
Limited scalability and rising cost were known risks, which is why the frontend is built on React.js with a Node.js backend.
05
Centralize Information to Close Communication Gaps
Order and manufacturing data lives in one place so teams work from the same information instead of passing details back and forth.

It gave little user control and exposed sensitive sales details, and manual order preparation created communication gaps. It also offered limited visibility into manufacturing and limited room to scale.
Pricing errors came from mistakes in product and manufacturing codes and from Sage software issues. The web app uses dynamic pricing based on customer attributes, combined with the Sage integration, to remove those inconsistencies.
Manufacturing data is centralized in one place and product variables can be managed from the same system, which reduces errors caused by missing information.

This clothing manufacturer does the hard part well – producing men’s apparel out of Ahmedabad, India, at real production scale. The existing system wasn’t carrying its weight: the Laravel and Angular codebase needed optimization, and inventory and sales features needed rebuilding for a more secure, user-centric experience.

Praiki connects verified clients with verified professionals across Africa. Hiring there ran through social media and referrals, so trust, scope, payment, and reputation all depended on chance.
This data platform turns scattered fleet and driver information into something a sales team can actually use. Collecting it by hand wasn’t sustainable: public sources are unstructured and often outdated, so the work needed a single system that scrapes, cleans, and organizes records, then makes them easy to search, filter, and turn into leads.

This scheduling platform brings physicians, facilities, and medical vendors into one place, with availability, OR rooms, and vendor requests all visible together. The old way wasn’t holding up: three groups working from separate calendars needed a single connected system that syncs with Google and Outlook and pulls patient data from major EHRs, deployed on AWS with DynamoDB.

HWA does the hard part well – connecting clients with verified holistic practitioners across yoga, nutrition therapy, hypnotherapy, and chiropractic care. The old process wasn’t carrying its weight: practitioners and clients coordinated sessions through separate tools and manual communication, with no shared system for bookings, packages, or payments.

Clutch Up does the hard part well – bringing the fantasy sports format users already understand into competitive esports tournaments. The platform wasn’t carrying its weight yet: tournament and player data needed to stay accurate in real time, and esports rosters change mid-event in ways traditional fantasy models don’t handle.

Book Your Notary
Legal / Notary Services
Book Your Notary does the hard part well – connecting customers with a bilingual notary team for documents that need remote notarization. The old process wasn’t carrying its weight: arranging in-person appointments turned a simple requirement into a recurring hassle, without cutting the corners that make notarization valid.

A Brief Mate
LegalTech / Legal Operations
BriefMate does the hard part well – automatically renaming legal documents and assembling court-ready briefs for Australian law firms. The old process wasn’t carrying its weight: paralegals spent days downloading, converting, ordering, and indexing files by hand, with inconsistent naming that made documents hard to find later.
DHE Parts does the hard part well – distributing roughly 200,000 SKUs of heavy-equipment components to fleet operators and dealer networks. The ERP wasn’t carrying its weight: quote-to-order handoff lost information constantly, and vendor price updates were a two-week manual project run by hand across dozens of sheets.
