truHealthNow is a modern primary and urgent care provider operating 8 locations across Maryland and Virginia, offering same-day primary care, urgent care, virtual care, occupational health, and immigration physicals under one network.
The Challenge
truHealthNow was expanding across multiple locations in Maryland and Virginia, with several care lines and an existing patient system already in place. That growth put pressure on the site to hold everything together without becoming unmanageable as new locations and services were added.
Primary, urgent, and virtual care each needed their own booking logic, alongside occupational health and immigration physicals as separate service lines
Each of the 8 Maryland and Virginia locations needed its own page and booking path, without patients landing in the wrong flow
Patients already in care needed a straightforward way to reach their ongoing records and appointments through the existing patient portal
Patients needed to check coverage and understand pricing before booking, not after arriving for a visit
FINAL OUTCOME
Website
Results & Impact
truHealthNow now has one site that carries all 8 locations and every care line, from same-day primary and urgent visits to virtual care, occupational health, and immigration physicals, without patients having to figure out which system to use for which type of care. Existing patients move into the athenahealth portal directly from the site, and new patients can check insurance coverage and pricing before they ever book, rather than finding out at the visit. As the practice adds locations or services, the underlying structure is built to extend rather than requiring a rebuild each time.

MedVision does the hard part well – high-fidelity simulators, ultrasound trainers, and surgical simulators supplied to universities and hospitals worldwide. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: ten-plus simulator families across specialties left institutional buyers without a fast, clear path to the right product for their need.
5-Tek Medical does the hard part well – billing, coding, credentialing, and patient engagement across six distinct service lines for providers of any size. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: cautious healthcare providers needed a clear way to identify which service actually applies to their specific practice.
Gos4 does the hard part well – cinematic video, paid media, and influencer strategy in one retainer for clients like Dulux, NIO, and Omron. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: positioning itself as a growth partner rather than a vendor only lands if the site itself reflects that strategic approach.
Ocean Orthodontics does the hard part well – Sunshine Coast family orthodontics since 2003, pricing treatment by complexity rather than braces type. The website wasn’t carrying its weight: that pricing model only helps if visitors understand it, and parents versus adult patients had very different unanswered questions.
