About the Role:

Syndell Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking talented and creative Junior UI/UX Designers to join our growing design team. This is a great opportunity for freshers or entry-level professionals who have a passion for user-centered design, attention to detail, and a desire to create engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing user-friendly, visually appealing web and mobile interfaces.
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and senior designers to translate ideas into functional designs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience.
  • Maintain design consistency across various projects and platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and responsive design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
  • Ability to understand and interpret project requirements and feedback.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
