We’re hiring an AI Video Editor who blends creativity with technology! At Syndell Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you’ll use the latest AI tools and editing techniques to produce powerful, high-quality videos that enhance our brand presence across digital platforms.
You’ll work independently from concept to delivery, creating compelling visual stories that drive engagement and support our marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Video Creation & Editing:
Create, edit, and enhance videos using AI-powered and traditional editing tools
Develop short-form and long-form video content for social media, marketing, and promotional campaigns
Utilize AI tools to automate editing tasks like background removal, subtitles, color correction, and transitions
Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and quality standards
Strategy & Planning:
Develop video concepts and storyboards from marketing briefs independently
Create engaging thumbnails and conduct A/B testing for higher click-through rates
Plan video production timelines and manage content calendar
Contribute ideas for video campaigns based on trends and analytics
Optimization & Performance:
Analyze video performance metrics (watch time, engagement, retention rates)
Optimize videos for SEO (titles, descriptions, tags, captions)
Test different video formats, thumbnails, and hooks for optimal performance
Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to bring creative ideas to life
Work with social media team to align video content with campaigns
Partner with content team to visualize written content through video
Asset & Resource Management:
Manage video asset library and maintain organized file structures
Source and license stock footage, music, and assets within budget
Maintain organized project files with proper version control
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest AI tools, trends, and techniques in video production
Stay informed about platform algorithm changes and best practices
Maintain brand consistency, storytelling style, and visual quality
Technical Skills Required
Video Editing Software:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
Basic understanding of color grading, motion graphics, and sound design
Familiarity with aspect ratios, export settings, and platform-specific video requirements
AI & Automation Tools:
Strong experience with AI tools like Runway ML, Pika Labs, Synthesia, Descript, Kapwing, or VEED.io
Knowledge of AI voice-over tools (ElevenLabs, Murf.ai, etc.)
Experience with AI image/video generation tools (Midjourney, Leonardo.ai, etc.)
Design & Graphics:
Experience using Canva, Figma, or similar tools for content design
Understanding of thumbnail psychology and click-through optimization
Analytics & Optimization:
Experience with video analytics tools (YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, VidIQ)
Knowledge of video SEO and metadata optimization
Understanding of video compression and encoding standards
Project Management:
Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday.com)
Basic understanding of storyboarding, script timing, and AI video enhancement workflows
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or certification in Video Editing, Multimedia, or a related field
1–2 years of proven experience in video editing or AI-assisted content creation
Portfolio demonstrating both short-form and long-form video work
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of marketing funnels and video’s role in customer journey
Ability to work independently from concept to final delivery
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable making creative decisions autonomously
