Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using a diverse tech stack, including MongoDB, React, React Native, Node.js, Vue.js, Angular, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Laravel.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that enhance user experience.Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure top-notch performance and reliability.Implement robust security measures and data protection protocols.Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.Participate in code reviews, enforcing coding standards and best practices.Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to keep our solutions ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack development.Proficiency in key technologies: MongoDB, React, React Native, Node.js, Vue.js, Angular, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Laravel.Strong understanding of web development concepts, including RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD practices.Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end frameworks.Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) is essential.

Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.Relevant certifications (e.g., MongoDB Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.Must be fluent in English and possess strong leadership capabilities.Local candidates preferred; immediate joiners will be given priority.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
