Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Determining project changes.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Developing project strategies.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
- Handle or Coordinate with Team.
- Hands on experience of development
Skills and qualification:
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Must have worked on PHP, WORDPRESS different E-commerce platforms like Shopify,* Magento, BigCommerce etc.
- Good knowledge of MVC Framework such as laravel,cake PHP, etc would be an Plus
- Must have good sense of UX/UI Design architecture.
- Break projects into doable actions and set time frames
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. etc
